Chelsea supervisor Frank Lampard is arranging a £85million move for Bayer Leverkusen's Jamaican worldwide Leon Bailey in the wake of watching him pulverize Rangers in the Europa League.

Bailey, 22, who has three years left on his agreement with the Bundesliga outfit has additionally pulled in enthusiasm from Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal.
